1. Definitions

• "Roundkin", "we", "us", "our" — refers to Roundkin, registered at 117 Ngamwongwan Road, Bang Khen, Nonthaburi 11000, Thailand.
• "Services" — the workshops, toolkits, programmes, and any related materials offered by Roundkin, including the Fair Turns Workshop, the Shared Planner Toolkit, and the Whole-Family Communication Programme.
• "User", "you", "your" — any individual who accesses our website or enrols in a Roundkin programme.
• "Website" — the Roundkin website accessible at roundkin.sbs and any related pages.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
• "Content" — all text, materials, handouts, tools, worksheets, and resources provided by Roundkin in connection with the Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or submitting an enquiry or enrolment, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the parent or guardian of a minor participant and are acting on their behalf.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
• You have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or enrol in our programmes.

3. Services Description

Roundkin offers the following services based in Nonthaburi, Thailand:

• Fair Turns Workshop (฿3,600) — a skills-based group workshop on turn-taking and respectful communication for household members.
• Shared Planner Toolkit (฿6,500) — a guided toolkit session for setting up and maintaining a shared household planning system.
• Whole-Family Communication Programme (฿10,900) — a multi-session programme building communication habits and planning skills across a household.

All services are educational in nature. They provide communication skills and organisation tools only; they do not constitute advice, representation, or a substitute for qualified professionals. Where specialist support may be appropriate, Roundkin will suggest seeking it.

Services are available in Thailand. Availability of specific programme dates is subject to capacity and scheduling.

4. Enrolment & Bookings

• Enrolment is confirmed only after Roundkin has received full payment and issued a written confirmation.
• Places are allocated on a first-come basis and are not held without payment.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all household members who will attend are aware of and agree to these terms.
• Roundkin reserves the right to decline an enrolment where a programme would not be appropriate for the household's needs.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our website or attending our programmes, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when completing forms or enquiring about enrolment.
• Treat facilitators and other participants with courtesy and respect during sessions.
• Not record, photograph, or share session content without the written consent of Roundkin and any other participants present.
• Not use the website or its content in any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive manner.
• Not attempt to copy, reproduce, or distribute Roundkin materials for commercial purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Roundkin website and in our programme materials — including text, worksheets, planning tools, facilitation guides, and visual design — is the property of Roundkin or its licensors.

• You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use materials provided during a programme for your household's private, non-commercial use.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or resell any programme materials without prior written permission from Roundkin.
• Programme materials remain the intellectual property of Roundkin even after you have received them.

7. Payment & Refunds

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes where required. Prices are subject to change; the price confirmed at the time of booking is the price that applies to your enrolment.

Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your place. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled session: full refund.
• Cancellations made 3–7 days before the session: 50% refund or transfer to another available date.
• Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before the session: no refund, but a transfer to another date may be arranged at Roundkin's discretion.
• If Roundkin cancels a session, participants will receive a full refund or priority rebooking at their choice.

8. Programme-Specific Terms

• Roundkin programmes are designed for household groups. Individual sessions are not offered separately unless stated otherwise.
• The Whole-Family Communication Programme spans multiple sessions. Missing sessions does not entitle participants to a partial refund but may, at Roundkin's discretion, allow catch-up material to be provided.
• Materials provided (planners, worksheets, reference cards) are for use within the attending household only.
• Roundkin facilitators will not address individual personal matters, provide individual guidance, or make recommendations about specific household situations. Sessions are group-based and skills-focused.

9. Disclaimers

Roundkin's services are educational in nature and are offered in good faith. We do not make any representations about specific outcomes for individual households. In particular:

• Participation in a Roundkin programme does not replace or substitute for professional advice from qualified counsellors, mediators, legal advisers, or other specialists.
• Roundkin facilitators are communication and education practitioners; they are not qualified counsellors, therapists, legal advisers, or medical professionals.
• The website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Roundkin's total liability to you in connection with any programme or use of the website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim.

Roundkin is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind.
• Outcomes or decisions made by a household as a result of or following a Roundkin programme.
• Loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural events, public health situations, or utility failures.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Roundkin, its facilitators, and associated staff harmless from any claims, losses, costs, or damages arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of programme materials, or your conduct during a session.

12. Termination

• Roundkin reserves the right to remove a participant from a session or cancel an enrolment if conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
• You may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to the refund terms in Section 7.
• Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nonthaburi Province, Thailand.

Before initiating any formal process, we ask that you contact us at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.

14. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Roundkin.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• No waiver: Failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of that term.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under this agreement without Roundkin's written consent. Roundkin may transfer its rights in connection with a business transfer.
• Notices: Formal notices should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to the address below.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. For significant changes we will note this clearly on our website. Continued use of the website or participation in a programme after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
